and differences between Series GH and JGH: |

Similarities:
The graphite tubes bound to the upper
and lower tube sheets with phenolic resin to
form an integral part with simple and compact
structure. Small fluid resistance.

Differences:
Series JGH are made of impervious fully
graphitized tubes, CTE of which is only
one fifth of popular pressed one whereas thermal
conductivity increases four times and reaches
101 W/m·°C. Because physical properties of tube
sheets are similar to tubes causing similar thermal
expansion with the change of media and temperature,
the ability of resistance to heat and compact
has improved obviously.

The graphite tubes bound to the tube sheets
with mechanical sealing at one end or both ends,
thus each tube can move axially inside the plant
so as to eliminate the stress that might be caused
from different expansion coefficients between
tubes when heated. This plant can be used as
a heater, reboiler or evaporator. |
